Processing & Production Lead Times
- In‑Stock Wholesale Orders: Processed and dispatched within 3–15 business days following payment confirmation. Exact lead time depends on product model category and factory production schedule.
- OEM & Custom Orders: Production lead times vary depending on customization specifications (logo engraving, custom tooling, packaging). Specific timelines will be detailed in your official Proforma Invoice (PI)0
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We support multiple transport methods to suit your budget and urgency:
- Express Freight (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 7–15business days. Ideal for samples and urgent small batches.
- Air Freight: 10–20 business days. Best for medium‑volume orders.
- Sea / Railway Freight: 20–35 business days. Cost‑effective solution for bulk container shipments.
- Note: Transit times are for reference only, actual delivery time is subject to destination location.
Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
- Quality Issues: Kunto Global covers all shipping costs for confirmed manufacturing defects or product faults.
- Repairs & Standard Returns: For repairs or buyer-initiated returns, shipping fees, local taxes, and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
International Customs & Tracking
- Customs Duties: Import duties, taxes, and local customs fees are borne by the buyer unless specified otherwise in signed contractual terms (e.g., DDP agreements).
- Tracking: Once your shipment is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
